I have been involved in the Broadening Horizons program since 2015 as a teacher, a program leader and a member of the PAG. I have worked with different industry partners and in 2019 developed the program from inception at a Primary School level. I am passionate about the program because it opens up learning experiences and opportunities to students, teachers and industry partners, and believes that Broadening Horizons has the ability to bring learning alive and integrates achievements across curriculum, capabilities and settings. It puts a spotlight on future possibilities and makes 21st century learning a reality while giving students ownership over their development.
